Rental Fee Terms
Rental Hours: Standard rental hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Full Day Rate: $450 per day (for rentals of less than four days per month)
Discounted Rate: $350 per day (or $1,200 per month) – applicable when renting at least four days per month
Boardroom Rate: $90 per hour
After-Hours Rate: $80 per hour (for rentals outside the standard hours)
